The Regional Resolution n. 482/2001 outlines the implementation and management policies of regional nursery and forestry activities entrusting ASSAM with the programmatic and coordinated direction of the four headquarters of the municipalities of Senigallia (AN), Pollenza (MC), S.Angelo in Vado (PU) and Amandola (FM).
The nursery practice was firstly merely in charge of producing forestry material to meet the demand of green areas as well as of Tuber melanosporum, T. brumale and aestivum mycorrhized plants. Currently, in addition to forest plants, fruit plants (in particular apples and pears) and olive trees are produced.
The O. C. production consists of regional biodiversity material including the remaining nursery forestry specimen (mychorrhized truffle producing plants).
Applications can be submitted all year around; bare root material, as well as other categories, which cannot be transplanted in late spring will be assigned to October-April.
