Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, “the Personal Data Protection Code” (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) A.S.S.A.M. “The Agency for Agro-food Sector Services of the Marche Region”, in its quality of data controller, explains how personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”), collected by subscribing to

Is protected, according to art. 13 of the Code. This information refers only to www.assam.marche.it/en. Therefore it does not apply to other linked websites.

Data will be collected and handled according to Recommendation number 2/2001, adopted on May 17th, 2001 by the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, in order to identify common minimum requirements for on-line collection of Data with particular reference to the methods, terms and nature of the information that Data controllers must supply to the users entering the web pages, whatever the reason for the connection.
